MoRHA Futurity – Official Detail Held during our Fall Finale Show, November 13–15. This is an OPEN Futurity with no stallion enrollment required.
MoRHA Futurity Divisions & Classes
2-Year-Old Division*
• Ranch Trail – 40%
• Ranchmanship – 40%
• Conformation – 20%
3-Year-Old Division
• Reining – 40%
• Boxing – 40%
• Conformation – 20%
Entries • Entry fee: $250 per horse (does not include class fees) • Entries must be received by November 10 • All fees must accompany entry • No refunds or substitutions for any reason • Entries must be completed and submitted prior to deadline to be accepted
Payback & Fees • Payback will follow the ARHA payback scale based on number of entries • 70% returned to competitors • 30% retained by MoRHA to support and grow the futurity program • Prize money dependent on entries and sponsorships
Results & Awards • Overall winners determined by cumulative scoring across both classes in each division • ARHA points scale will be used for scoring • Each Futurity Champion is guaranteed a buckle • Results will be reported to ARHA, QData, and QStallions
Tie Breakers 1. Highest cumulative score in Ranch Trail (2YO) / Boxing (3YO) 2. Then Ranchmanship (2YO) / Reining (3YO) 3. Most 1st place judge placings across both classes 4. Then 2nds, then 3rds, continuing until tie is broken
Additional Rules* • ARHA rules apply except where MoRHA rules differ • All owners and exhibitors must hold current ARHA membership • MoRHA membership required for owner and exhibitor (if different individuals) • Horses must have ARHA Certificate of Eligibility • One exhibitor may enter multiple futurity horses • Same exhibitor must show both futurity classes • All exhibitors must meet ARHA eligibility requirements
